Our in vivo imaging system pushes the fluorescence spectral window to go beyond conventional near infra-red (NIR-I) spectral window around 800nm emission. Our systems can perform optical fluorescence imaging up to 1700nm currently, i.e., into the second near infra-red spectral window (NIR-II).  This requires new camera, new instrument, and new dyes and probes.
